    Kristin G. Good

    Kristin G. Good focuses her practice primarily in the area of local government law.


    Before joining McHenry County-based Zukowski, Rogers, Flood & McArdle in 2016, Good served as an assistant state’s attorney in both DeKalb and Kane counties.

    From 2014 to 2016, she was a DeKalb County assistant state’s attorney. She managed cases in the juvenile division, represented the state in traffic and misdemeanor trials, and also conducted bond call for misdemeanor and felony offenders. Her caseload of traffic and misdemeanor cases included a daily court call of more than 100 cases.

    As an assistant state’s attorney and a Rule 711 intern for the Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office between 2011 and 2014, Good performed work similar to her DeKalb County role. She also represented the state in Mental Health Court proceedings and in obtaining emergency orders of protection in domestic battery and other cases.

    Between college and law school, Good worked in the field of public relations and development for Mutual Ground, Inc., of Aurora, Illinois. The organization is dedicated to addressing issues of domestic violence and sexual abuse. She also was a staff agent for State Farm Insurance in Delaware.
