Dave’s areas of practice include municipal law, where he has represented various units of local government, banking law where he advises banks on various operations issues, as well as lending matters, and business law including sales and purchases of small business.  Dave has served as Chairman, Southeastern McHenry County Unit of the American Cancer Society, 1986 1987, 1990 1991; Advisory Board Member, Crystal Lake Ambutal, 1985 1991; McHenry County Blood Commission, Vice President (1986 1990), President (1990 1991); Board of Directors, The Greater Crystal Lake Area Chamber of Commerce and Industry, 1990 1992. Member: McHenry County and Illinois State Bar Associations.
