Attorney, speaker and author, David McArdle concentrates his practice in the area of local government and construction law.  He served as Chair of the Local Government Section Council of the Illinois State Bar Association.  Featured speaker at numerous seminars in both fields, David has written extensively on these issues.

 

Advisor to the Illinois Road and Transportation Builders Association and its members on construction-related matters.

 

Author of "Construction Law Road Map," a handbook for contractors and small business owners, David seeks to clarify critical legal issues that often plague business leaders.  The handbook was published and distributed by the Illinois Road and Transportation Builders Association, and is now available to the public.
