Kevin has practiced in civil litigation for the past 19 years, with an emphasis on personal injury and municipal litigation. He has tried over 50 civil cases to jury verdict as well as over 200 bench trials.  In 1995, the Cook County Jury Verdict Reporter recognized Mr. Costello as one of the top ten attorneys in number of jury verdicts.  Kevin has represented clients in a variety of high-end personal injury claims including vehicle collisions, premises liability, and nursing home negligence, defamation and professional negligence, and municipalities in numerous complex cases including zoning, contract, and construction disputes.
