Ryan concentrates his practice in municipal law and business and taxation. His undergraduate degree in management and his legal certificate in business law have provided a strong background for representation of and establishment of business entities, and the taxation benefits of each. 

Ryan is also involved in land use issues for various municipalities, including easements, special service areas, and subdivision ordinances.
